Department of Construction of First Facility Bulgaria EOOD successfully completed the construction works related to the reconstruction of the lobby of Phase I in Business Center EXPO 2000. The reconstruction was commissioned by EXPO 2000 Real Estate under the project of VAI Architects. The main challenges for all participants were related to alternative access to the office spaces and common areas in synchronisation of tenant’s comfort during the construction.
