First Facility Bulgaria EOOD is member of international First Facility group of companies, leader in facility management in Central and Eastern Europe, providing full scope of property management and facility management services. First Facility provides first class integrated facility management (FM) and property management (PM) services in reputable office and residential buildings, shopping centers and industrial facilities.

First Facility conducts its business activities in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and other relevant international standards, ensuring the highest quality of services provided in all segments of company activity.

History

1984 – Establishment of the company
2005 – Establishment of First Facility in Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary
2007 – Establishment of First Facility in North Macedonia
2008 – Establishment of First Facility in Slovakia
2009 – Establishment of First Facility in Serbia
2019 – Mr. Georg Spiegelfeld and Mr. Radivoje Nijemcevic became owners of all First Facility companies in CEE countries on 13th December 2019 by acquisition of First Facility in Bulgaria, Hungary, North Macedonia, Romania, and Slovakia in addition to already owned First Facility in Serbia
2020 – Establishment of First Facility in Slovenia
2021 – Establishment of First Facility in Czech Republic
